REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

 

At Couriup, customer satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to providing reliable, professional delivery services. If your delivery doesn’t go as planned, we’ll work with you to make it right.

1. Cancellations Before Pickup

  • Orders canceled before a driver has been assigned or dispatched are eligible for a full refund.

  • If a driver has already been dispatched, a service fee may apply to cover travel or administrative costs.

2. Failed or Incomplete Deliveries
Refunds or partial credits may be issued if:

  • The delivery was not completed due to an error by Couriup or its driver.

  • The delivery was delayed beyond the guaranteed service window (when applicable).

  • The item was damaged or lost while in Couriup’s possession and covered under our delivery terms.

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The recipient was unavailable or refused delivery.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided.

  • The package contained prohibited or improperly packaged items (see Terms of Service).

3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact Couriup Support within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, delivery details, and photos (if applicable). Claims will be reviewed promptly, and eligible refunds or compensation will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Expedited or express deliveries once in transit

  • Custom or specialty transport services (e.g., refrigerated, oversized, or multi-stop routes)

  • Fees associated with attempted deliveries, storage, or return trips

6. Questions or Claims
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, contact our Support Team at support@couriup.com or through the in-app Help Center. Please include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
