These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) and Couriup, LLC (“Couriup”, “we”, “us”, “our”), with respect to the provision of courier, delivery, logistics, and related services (“Services”). By using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. You agree that your use of Couriup’s Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
1.2. Couriup may update or change these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website or otherwise providing notice. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Shipping Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities
2.1. You represent and warrant that all information provided to Couriup, including shipment details, contents, addresses, customs information, and contact information, is accurate and complete.
2.2. You must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and customs requirements related to your shipment.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through Couriup under any circumstances. Sending any prohibited items may result in refusal of service, seizure of the shipment, legal reporting, and criminal or civil penalties:
3.1. Illegal Substances and Controlled Items

Narcotics, illegal drugs, controlled substances, and any paraphernalia intended for the use of illegal drugs.

Prescription medication or controlled drugs shipped without proper documentation and licensing.
3.2. Weapons and Dangerous Items

Firearms or ammunition of any kind, weapon parts, explosives, detonators, incendiary devices, or replicas that could be construed as weapons.

Hazardous materials such as flammable, corrosive, toxic, or radioactive substances, unless explicitly permitted under separate hazardous materials agreements.
3.3. Illegal Content

Child pornography, graphic sexual content involving minors, and any material or media that depicts or promotes abuse or exploitation of minors.

Obscene, defamatory, or hate-promoting material prohibited by law.
3.4. Other Prohibited Items
Items prohibited under applicable law in the origin, transit, or destination jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

Stolen or counterfeit goods;

Human remains, organs, body parts;

Perishable goods requiring special handling without prior arrangements;

Live animals (unless approved by Couriup under special terms);

Currency, negotiable instruments, precious metals;

Items otherwise restricted or banned by law.
3.5. Couriup reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse acceptance, reroute, seize, or destroy any shipment that contains prohibited items or fails to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
4. Right of Inspection
You agree that Couriup and its agents may, at any time and without prior notice, open and inspect any parcel or shipment tendered for transport to verify compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
5. Liability and Indemnification
5.1. Couriup shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising out of prohibited, illegal, or improperly declared shipments.
5.2. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Couriup and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, fines, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
6. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Couriup regarding the subject matter hereof.
7.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
7.3. Waiver of any right under these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Couriup.
By using Couriup Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
